What is the processing and delivery time?
Most orders are processed within 1 week after they are received and shipped via complimentary overnight shipping. If your item is on back-order, you will be notified and please allow for extra processing time. Orders received after 3pm EST will not begin processing until the following business day. We are open Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm EST for order processing and closed on Jewish and US national holidays. For any special orders or special sizes, please allow a minimum of 4 weeks processing time to insure your item is properly handmade with care. Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes and all shipments require a signature upon delivery.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship worldwide but please note that addresses outside the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska may take a longer processing time and require additional shipping charge. Please contact Pleve@Pluczenik.com for details before submitting an international order.
What is your return policy?
At Plevé, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept items for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery date, accompanied by a sales receipt. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All returns must include the original packaging and tags and must be in the same condition as when it was received. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.
How do I make a return/exchange?

Can I return to one of your authorized dealers?
All returns for items purchased online must be processed through our website and home office. If the Plevé item was purchased from a Plevé Authorized retailer, then you need to return to the authorized dealer directly.
How do I send my item back under warranty?
If you have a piece of jewelry that needs to be sent back under warranty and it was purchased on the website, please contact Pleve@Pluczenik.com or call 212-813-1110 to receive a return authorization number. If the item was purchased at an authorized Plevé retailer, please return the item to the retailer and they will process the warranty job for you.
How long do warranty jobs take to complete?
Warranty repairs take approximately 2-3 weeks. Sometimes if the item has taken too much abuse, we will have to re-do the Plevé stone setting and this could increase the time.
How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us Pleve@Pluczenik.com or at 212-813-1110 to cancel your order. Unfortunately, once it has shipped, you will need to return the order if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
Can an earring be replaced or matched if lost?
Yes, please contact Pleve@Pluczenik.com or 212-813-1110 for a repair authorization. Note that the cost to replace ½ pair of earrings is usually half the cost of the original pair.
Do you allow special orders?
We do offer special orders in some cases. We want you to get the perfect piece of Plevé Jewelry. For special order inquires please contact Pleve@Pluczenik.com or call 212-813-1110 and let us know what you need. All special orders, which is any item not currently sold on the website, are final sale and cannot be returned. Orders placed for rings in different sizes other than stock sizes are subject to special order status.

How do I care for and clean my Plevé jewelry?
Due to its lack of prongs and smooth surface, Plevé is a practical item for everyday wear. Its care is designed to be simple. Cleaning consists of either a gentle scrub with a toothbrush/warm water or simply wiping with an alcohol swab. Using a polishing cloth is good for a quick fix. Plevé should not be exposed to intense heat such as hot tubs, steamers and ultrasonic cleaners. We advise not to take Plevé jewelry for cleaning to a non-authorized Plevé retailer.
What do I do if my Plevé Jewelry needs repair?
If something should happen to your Plevé Jewelry and it needs repair. Please contact Pleve@Pluczenik.com or call 212-813-1110 and explain the issue. Because of the patented process of the Plevé stone setting, all repairs need to be performed by an authorized Plevé artist to insure they are done properly. We do not suggest taking an item for repair or cleaning to a non-authorized Plevé dealer or artist.
What is the stock ring size?
Plevé rings are sold and stocked in a size 6.5.
Can your rings be sized?
Our rings come in a stock size 6.5 which is a good fit for most. If you need a specific size, we recommend ordering the ring in the size that you need so it can be sized in our facility by trained Plevé jewelers and artist. We do not recommend taking Plevé rings to be sized at your local jeweler.

Plevé Jewelry is made by Pluczenik Diamond Company a world leading diamond manufacture and we are committed to sourcing our materials in an ethical and sustainable manner. All diamonds in Plevé jewelry have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.
